Our Services

Why Choose Mediation?
Over the past two decades, mediation has grown significantly in the UK, evolving from a niche practice to a mainstream dispute resolution method. Initially seen as secondary to litigation, mediation is now highly valued for its efficiency, cost-effectiveness, confidentiality and relationship preservation.
Legislative support, commercial adoption, and adaptability during the pandemic have all contributed to this growth. Mediation promises to play an increasingly important role in the UK legal landscape.

"Mediator Locator have a great panel of expert mediators, and a recent referral was fast, professional and hassle free."

The Resolution Revolution
We're on a mission to make mediation the go-to option for dispute resolution, and for Mediator Locator to be the go-to provider.
With over 30 years of legal experience gained while working as a lawyer, mediator and adjudicator, our founder, Stuart Lawrence, continues to be surprised that mediation remains underused.
With compelling virtues including being much quicker, more successful, cheaper, and much less stressful than other methods of dispute resolution, he decided to create Mediator Locator to promote mediation and make it more accessible.
Put simply, mediation makes perfect commercial sense and should be the default route for dispute resolution.
